At CUPIDON , customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of many of our products and in accordance with health and safety regulations, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization from our Customer Support team. Returns sent without approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be considered only when:

  • The item is unused and unopened.

  • The item remains in its original manufacturer packaging.

  • All original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging materials are included.

  • Return authorization has been issued by our support team.

Approval of a return is subject to inspection and compliance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Products with damaged, altered, or missing packaging.

  • Lingerie, clothing, costumes, or latex products.

  • Personal lubricants, topical products, contraceptives, edible products, and any product with an expiration date.

  • Display models, demonstration units, or testers.

  • Products missing components, accessories, instructions, or original packaging.

  • Any item that cannot be resold as new.

These restrictions help ensure the safety and integrity of all products offered to our customers.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim, we may require:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or shipping issue.

Photographic evidence is required before a return authorization can be issued.

Upon verification, we may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Replacement product.

  • Store credit.

  • Refund where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when an error was made on our part.

Order Cancellations
